# lastRunEnded

> Why the previous run stopped, for the deaths that leave no crash report

A low-level system call, read once at activation. Unlike almost every other
instrument, this one describes a run that already ended rather than the one
capturing it now — activate it at launch, and the next launch explains how
the previous one died.
