# changes

> Permissions that moved while the app was open, noticed each time it returns to the front

Reads the same permission-gated frameworks as `permissions.status`, but
reports the full set once at the start of a launch and only the subjects that
differ after that — noticed each time the app returns to the foreground, not
the instant a user acts in Settings.

trimmed to three); the first launch, then a second launch after the app
was killed and the Camera permission was changed to Denied in Settings:

Each launch reports its own full set at the start — `camera` is the subject
whose status actually moved, from `authorized` to `denied`.
