# gesture.state

> Every gesture recognizer's state transition, and which class it belongs to

Intercepts `UIGestureRecognizer`'s state-setting method at load time. One
reading each time a gesture recognizer's state transitions — including
recognizers UIKit attaches to its own views for system interactions, not
only ones the app added.

The recognizer classes above are UIKit's own — `_UIFlexInteractionPanGestureRecognizer`
and `_UIContinuousSelectionGestureRecognizer` are what a scroll view attaches
to itself, not recognizers this app added.
